Reservation
Agreement
To secure your condo hotel investment at Quality Inn Heritage
Park, you must hold a reservation. A reservation is a written
agreement granting you a priority position in the selection
of condo hotel unit(s) after the commercial loan application
process. Priority positions (“reservations”) are
granted on a highly monitored first-come, first-served basis.
The reservation does not grant commercial real estate investors
any rights to a specific condo hotel unit(s), the selection
is made after the balance is paid on the condo hotel investment.
To
secure your reservation, you must submit a completed
reservation agreement along with your deposit of $1,000.00
to
Cohen, Norris, Scherer, Weinberger & Wolmer Attorneys

The escrow agent will place the reservation deposit
in an interest bearing account in your name. With in
3 days, you will receive the condo hotel investment
documents for review. Upon receipt of the condo hotel
docs, you will have ten (10) days to review. If for
any reason you choose not to continue, no further deposit
is due and the initial reservation funds will be fully
refunded within seven (7) days. Upon receipt of the
balance, a closing date will be scheduled for a mail
away closing.
